Many of the public multiple listing search sites do not receive new listings the same day that they are entered on the system. If you conduct your search on this site you can be assured that you are receiving the most up to date information available.  The listings will be available to you at the same time as they are available on the realtor's mls system.

Another unique feature that I offer is the ability to create a personal web page for my Buyers and Sellers.  This is a password protected site that will enable Buyers to view and sort listings and Sellers to view a history of all showings and marketing information.
